Hey hey. I went out with my family today, to the only crocodile farm left standing in Singapore. The crocodiles have kind of squishy quarters, but i guess they don't have a choice. There are many that were humongous, not to mention the fact that they were all stoney, predator-like, giving off an on-the-hunt-and-ready-to-pounce feel. Mother and sister went to the dentist and i spent that 55 minutes of waiting on Jodi Picoult's House Rules, ending up giving myself a worse headache for staying stationary for so long.
It followed a trip to Cathay, where we bought tickets for Rapunzel and spent some time touring Cathay's mini-museum. Walking around the building happened to be fruitful for sister, since she got to see some lomo cameras. But by 17:00 sharp, we were seated in the Grand Cathay Cinema ready to watch the movie. Rapunzel was nice, not considering the fact that inconsiderate movie-goers were kicking the chairs that my family were seated. Fruits for dinner and i'm back home.
Things have been hectic - physically, mentally and emotionally. Even though i don't quite like to say it, i'm sure my face would've said it all, especially so for choir. I just felt like saying it out, that i'd gotten past that. I don't want to think about it though, so i'd talk about something lighter. I went out with Vinita last Friday, and i guess we got the old spark back, didn't we? Alto Chalet on Tuesday was fun too. All i'm disappointed about is that these things happened so fast, that i always end up missing them. I realised, that people don't believe in the things they don't want to believe in. It's as if the whole world is ignoring the facts. This time, i know why i feel this way.
Anyway, i guess my heart hasn't left the place that i've left it two years ago. It feels like it's going to get a good deal lonelier. Rohyati aunty's going back. Just like how Dami aunty, Surasti aunty and Sumiati aunty has. She's going back tomorrow, and i'll miss her. That's a safe bet. An oxymoron huh? I'm throwing everything out at once, i know, but i can't bear it if i didn't write it all in this post. Now that i do think about it, it's been so long since i'd written this long. Maybe i'm getting this typing thing back. Maybe it'll stay, maybe it'll go. That's the way it is, isn't it? Since a long long time ago.
