The same everywhere.
Hey :D. Yes, it was quite a nice week. My raspy voice can't be used for singing, even if i can hit the low low b on the fifth ledger line under the staff yesterday night, what's the point when i can't even sing the f squashed at the bottom two lines of the staff? Sigh. Oh man. Choir practice was quite a failure :/ but it's okay. I still love choir, i still love Fridays :D!
Thinking about yesterday, i think about Friday, and i was suddenly reminded of how i couldn't go back to Pei Chun last Friday, and i suddenly really miss that place. Hehe. Remembered how i went back the previous time, and walked past the choir room. Was reminded of the miniature me, singing happily without the least bit knowledge that i was airy. Haha. Kinda miss those days. Singing with Charmaine and guys was so fun, haha. It's not so often that i only remember choir when i think of my primary school.
Well, back to where i was, i love Fridays! Haha. How can i not love Fridays when:
1. It signals the last day of school for the week
2. It has the slack-est time table out of the 5 weekdays
3. There's choir :D which means i can sing till joy fills my lungs
4. Choristers stay back and chat like no tomorrow (it's fun okay!)
5. I can sleep in the knowledge that tomorrow is a day i can wake up late
6. I can think of all the things i've missed in the week and all the rest i've gained
7. Thinking can last till midnight
8. Feeling sad is okay, since i've got past the weekdays
9. I listen to the night collapse in contented exhaustion
I guess, every year has it's own favourite days, it's when many nice things happen on that day regularly, and i guess that's why people live past the years. Hope sure is a strongly thing! Haha. Shall start with my homework now, i don't have much time! Haha. Bye (: !
Even if we're not close, when i hear your name, it rings in my head, and it rings me to the days that passed, and it makes me laugh.
